Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, newsletters, and social media.
• Create engaging and informative materials that promote the Agroecology Fund's mission and initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to generate ideas for content that resonates with target audiences.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all communication channels.
• Conduct research to support content development and stay updated on industry trends.
• Manage content calendars and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Analyze the performance of content and adjust strategies based on feedback and analytics.
• Support the development of marketing and outreach strategies to enhance visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content writer or editor, preferably in the nonprofit or environmental sector.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Familiarity with content management systems and basic SEO principles is a plus.
• Passion for agroecology and sustainable development is highly desirable.
