Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 30-35 K12 accounts, ensuring retention and growth strategies are executed effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from district offices to superintendents.
- Lead initiatives to drive customer engagement and satisfaction through personalized outreach and strategic communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Renewals, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Provide insights to product teams based on customer needs and market trends to enhance offerings.
- Support the onboarding and training of new customers to ensure effective use of products.
- Serve as a customer advocate, representing their needs and concerns within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within the K12 sector.
- Strong understanding of the K12 education system and existing relationships within this market.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer relationships and drive strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive customer success.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer engagement tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
