Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and support to parents of students enrolled in our Elementary and Middle school courses.
• Conduct personalized consultations to assess students' academic needs and goals.
• Offer innovative solutions to help students improve their critical thinking and logic skills.
• Collaborate with educators to ensure course content meets the needs of students.
• Utilize technology and data to track student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with families to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
• Assist in the marketing and promotion of educational programs to increase enrollment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Prior experience in educational consulting or teaching is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to facilitate learning and communication.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work 30-40 hours a week.
