Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to facilitate the successful delivery of projects and initiatives within the Service and Commercial Development team.
• Support project task completion by working closely with Operations and local leaders to implement business best practices effectively.
• Act as a subject matter expert to coordinate resources for the implementation of new processes and technologies, while adapting multinational practices to local specifications.
• Ensure a clear understanding of each initiative and its impact on the organization, driving solutions that meet business requirements.
• Participate in regular meetings to provide updates on project progress and challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes and project workflows to support knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the service development framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or service development roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
