Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of core software components, libraries, and tools for avionics systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with industry certification standards.
• Contribute to system-level design and influence open architecture initiatives.
• Drive software solutions for safety-critical systems, ensuring compliance with civil and military regulations.
• Participate in the full software lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on embedded systems or avionics.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
