Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational support for Epic applications including Cadence, MyChart, and Hello World.
- Collaborate with Access leadership and operational stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Epic functionalities.
- Enhance patient communication, scheduling access, and engagement outcomes through effective management of digital front door capabilities.
- Focus on the development and support of engagement platforms to improve patient acquisition, retention, and digital adoption.
- Work cross-functionally to support patient engagement initiatives across clinical, access, and revenue cycle workflows.
- Participate in work-related meetings and contribute to collaborative projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with Epic applications, particularly Cadence and MyChart.
- Strong understanding of patient engagement strategies and digital health initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in roles focusing on technology and patient access.
