Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features for our web applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality.
• Take ownership of features, from ideation through to deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability, contributing to the overall health of the application.
• Implement secure coding practices to protect our systems and user data, maintaining our commitment to security and privacy.
• Work closely with product owners to translate requirements into actionable features that meet business needs.
• Build efficient systems that enhance the productivity of our Onboarding & Operations teams, facilitating smoother workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in Java and React.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies and best practices.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and secure coding principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to take initiative and work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and innovation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
