Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Applications Manager to lead a high-impact team focused on ETL development, reporting support, and technical enablement across key workstreams in healthcare. This position is ideal for a leader who is both hands-on and strategic, capable of guiding a mixed team of technical and business professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of ETL packages and reporting templates to support healthcare claims validation, pricing, and monitoring processes.
• Guide the team in the migration of SSIS to ADF and automate Fee Schedule processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the broader organization, ensuring the successful adoption of AI technologies.
• Manage a team of 10 direct reports, promoting a culture of growth, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions, enhancing team execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor and improve delivery processes, ensuring operational rigor in a fast-paced environment.
• Play an active role in the development of data pipelines and reporting mechanisms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ETL development or data engineering, with a strong background in healthcare data processes.
• Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams and driving successful project outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with ADF, SSIS, and data pipeline technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in healthcare is a plus.
