We are developing an innovative product line that will transform the insurance broker experience through artificial intelligence and machine learning. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a pioneering team that designs and implements intelligent systems aimed at automating manual processes and unlocking powerful data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full stack features that enhance our insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Contribute to both front-end and back-end development efforts, ensuring high-performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Engage in architecture discussions and participate in release planning.
• Utilize our core tech stack, which includes Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, n8n, LangChain/LangGraph, and AWS.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools that can improve our development processes and product offerings.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of applications.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.
• Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, and database management with PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of machine learning principles and practical experience with AI-driven applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative technology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
