Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Design Director or similar role, particularly in healthcare or technology sectors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and your role in them.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering professional development.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
