Responsibilities

- Mentor and develop a team of Nurse Practitioners and prescribers, fostering a supportive and innovative clinical environment.
- Regularly report to the Chief Medical Officer on clinical outcomes, team performance, and service line advancements.

Requirements
- Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Significant clinical experience in pediatrics and mental health services.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
