Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical architecture of the psychiatry service line, ensuring high standards in care quality and regulatory compliance.
• Carry a clinical caseload of up to 50%, with the possibility of adjustment as administrative responsibilities increase.
• Collaborate closely with service line leaders in therapy, psychological testing, and coaching to optimize integrated care delivery.
• Utilize technology and data to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes in a hybrid virtual and in-person practice.
• Mentor and develop a team of Nurse Practitioners and prescribers, fostering a supportive and innovative clinical environment.
• Regularly report to the Chief Medical Officer on clinical outcomes, team performance, and service line advancements.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in pediatric mental health, incorporating best practices into our service delivery model.

Requirements

• Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Significant clinical experience in pediatrics and mental health services.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools and other technology to enhance clinical practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across various service lines.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and embrace innovative approaches in mental health care.
