Requirements

• Proven experience as an engineering manager or in a leadership role within a software development environment.
• Strong technical background with expertise in software engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience in developing financial or expense management software is a plus.
