About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Loan Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team at Happy Money. This is a full-time remote position where you will play a key role in facilitating the loan fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible. Our ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and has a strong understanding of loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end loan fulfillment process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing loan files for approval and funding.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan process.
• Monitor loan processing metrics and work towards achieving team goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan fulfillment or mortgage processing.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and compliance practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
