About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Lead Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will transform complex behavioral data into actionable insights that shape our product roadmap. As a key player in our analytics team, you will ensure that your dashboards are the first resource product leaders consult each morning, guiding critical decisions on what features and improvements to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance across various platforms, including our consumer Moving App and Pro Onboarding tools.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand and define product metrics.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques to uncover trends and patterns in user behavior.
• Present data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuously optimize analytical processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or product analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing is a plus.
