Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality mental health support through various modalities, including in-person and virtual sessions.
• Engage with corporate employees to understand their mental health needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain clinical integrity and provide timely documentation of therapy sessions in accordance with established protocols.
• Deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy aimed at improving employee well-being and productivity.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.
• Utilize the Lyra Empower platform for effective tracking and reporting of client progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a counselor, psychologist, or social worker in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling, preferably in a corporate or EAP setting.
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, including virtual counseling platforms.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in mental health care.
