About the Role:

Bend Health, a Lyra Health Company, is seeking an experienced Health Systems Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our partnerships with healthcare providers and organizations, ultimately enhancing access to transformative mental health care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage potential clients and partnerships in the healthcare space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare systems, providers, and other organizations.
  • Utilize storytelling techniques to effectively communicate the value of our mental health solutions and engage potential partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the mental health sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with our overall mission and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the success of business development initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and expand our network.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing client relationships in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Deep understanding of the mental health landscape and the challenges faced by healthcare providers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
