Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage potential clients and partnerships in the healthcare space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare systems, providers, and other organizations.
- Utilize storytelling techniques to effectively communicate the value of our mental health solutions and engage potential partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the mental health sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with our overall mission and goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the success of business development initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and expand our network.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, or consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing client relationships in a healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Deep understanding of the mental health landscape and the challenges faced by healthcare providers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
