About the Role:

Bend Health, a Lyra Health Company, is seeking an experienced Health Systems Business Development Manager to drive our mission of improving mental health care access. In this role, you will leverage your background in business development, healthcare sales, and consulting to foster partnerships and expand our reach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth in healthcare partnerships.
• Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients, presenting our innovative mental health solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on service offerings and client needs.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to effectively communicate the value of our services and inspire stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
• Track and report on sales metrics and outcomes to ensure targets are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of mental health care systems and market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
