Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Clinical Operations Department, ensuring high-quality clinical trial management and monitoring.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve clinical trial objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, federal regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.
• Contribute to the development of departmental strategies and the overall business plan.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee the planning and execution of clinical trials, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closure.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders concerning clinical operational matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
