Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) aspects of employee lifecycle operations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement strategies for improving workplace safety.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and suggest corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff regarding health and safety practices and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and safety audits.
- Act as a point of contact for all OHS-related queries and concerns.
- Prepare and submit reports related to OHS activities to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
- Proven experience in contract management and compliance.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in EMEA regions.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications in Occupational Health & Safety are a plus.
