Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of payroll processes for Germany, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a payroll implementation role or similar, preferably in a client payroll environment.
• In-depth knowledge of German payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and team success.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems; experience with automation and AI in payroll is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while being a proactive team player.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
