Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable voice AI solutions tailored for the MENA market.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions using Deepgram's APIs.
• Conduct technical presentations and workshops to demonstrate the capabilities of our voice technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of voice applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the voice AI sector.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for clients.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on voice technologies.
• Proven experience with speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) solutions.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
