Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions that leverage Deepgram's voice AI technology.
• Engage with potential clients to demonstrate the capabilities of speech-to-text and text-to-speech APIs.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations that showcase our products and services.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and collaborate on solution enhancements.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and project opportunities within the Voice AI ecosystem.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and RFP responses to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales engineering or pre-sales role, ideally within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, specifically in voice recognition and processing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective client engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with cloud services and APIs is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry trends, particularly in the Voice AI landscape.
