Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new strategic partners to enhance revenue growth.
• Enable and activate existing partners through comprehensive training sessions, enablement tools, and joint selling initiatives.
• Coordinate technical and marketing components of integrated partnership launches to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to foster accountability and track success metrics.
• Collaborate closely with regional enterprise and commercial sales organizations to align strategies and objectives.
• Generate a net-new sales pipeline and revenue sourced from partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales within a cloud services or software environment.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, recruiting, and managing channel partners.
• Strong analytical skills to assess partnership performance and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cloud software solutions and the ability to understand technical concepts related to partnerships.
