Responsibilities

• Lead and expand strategic ISV go-to-market (GTM) partnerships, managing vital alliances and field relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the Datadog Product team to align on co-build and co-innovation initiatives, ensuring successful revenue generation of new solutions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive GTM plans in partnership with global team members, balancing both global strategies and local execution.
• Identify and pursue joint business opportunities to drive significant revenue growth, including initiatives such as the Power of 3 campaign.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and enhance partnership effectiveness.
• Engage with stakeholders across multiple levels to cultivate relationships and foster collaboration among teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record in partner management, particularly within the ISV ecosystem and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and revenue generation principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
