About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our Ecommerce Operations team at Italist, our luxury fashion marketplace. You will be instrumental in executing hands-on projects, testing innovative ideas, and determining which initiatives we will pursue long-term.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of various ecommerce projects aimed at improving user experience and boosting sales.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance product recommendations and optimize marketing strategies.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform decision-making processes regarding pricing strategy and conversion rate optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to implement effective solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas that can be tested in the marketplace.
• Contribute to the development of actionable insights based on market research and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
