About the Role

We are in search of a dedicated Finance & Accounting Manager/Lead to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our organization can make informed business decisions based on timely, accurate, and effective financial data. You will be responsible for the collection, booking, and reporting of financial data, while also ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations to support our rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Accounting Ownership: Ensure that our team can close the month within 3 business days by booking revenue and expenses accurately.
• Data Management: Oversee the collection of financial data to ensure it is accurate and complete, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports that provide insights into the company's performance and support strategic planning.
• Compliance Management: Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure all financial practices align with legal standards, minimizing risks.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand financial implications and contribute to overall business strategies.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance financial processes and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with virtual teams.
