Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer and partner relationships by effectively communicating the value of our radar solutions.
• Assist in the seamless integration of Echodyne’s radar products with third-party systems, including Command and Control (C2) platforms and Video Management Systems (VMS).
• Lead technical discussions and workshops to facilitate understanding of our products and their applications in various industries.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training materials and presentations for internal teams and external partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in radar technology to provide informed insights to clients and partners.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Echodyne’s solutions and expand professional networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical support or solutions engineering, preferably in radar technology or related fields.
• Strong understanding of system integration processes, particularly with Command and Control and Video Management Systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and partners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events as needed.
