Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of global projects for the FIVB Volleyball Foundation.
• Coordinate with international stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Develop and implement project strategies to maximize impact in volleyball development initiatives worldwide.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project proposals and grant applications.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events related to volleyball development.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in sports management and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, International Development, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the sports sector.
• Strong understanding of volleyball and experience within the sports community is an asset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
