Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Partners, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office.
- Manage schedules, organize meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures and policies.
- Support project management and track progress on key initiatives.
- Provide support for client interactions and engagements as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in accounting or finance is a plus but not required.
