About the Role

Fandom aims to be the leading advertising platform in the entertainment and gaming sectors. We are looking for a talented Director of Revenue Strategy and Commercial Innovation who will report to the VP of Programmatic Revenue & Partnerships. You will manage a small, dedicated team and be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy while overseeing revenue plans for new initiatives that will shape the future of Fandom.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee a team tasked with building innovative commercial initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance advertising products and services.
• Utilize data to inform strategy and improve operational efficiencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners to drive collaboration and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure that operational foundations are in place to support scalable revenue generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior role within ad tech or related field.
• Strong track record of building and scaling revenue strategies and initiatives.
• Experience working with ad servers, SSPs, DSP integrations, and measurement stacks.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A background in the entertainment or gaming sectors is a plus.
