As a Staff Analytics Engineer within the GTM Data Science & Analytics team at Twilio, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality, reliability, and strategic value of our analytics initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build analytics frameworks that support business goals and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to understand their analytics needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Utilize advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to interpret complex data sets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience working in a remote-first environment is a plus.
