Responsibilities

• Evaluate and redesign the software engineering curriculum to incorporate generative AI technologies and methodologies.

• Conduct research on emerging trends in software engineering education and recruitment, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Engage with students and alumni to gather feedback on curriculum effectiveness and recruitment experiences, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Facilitate partnerships with technology companies to create internship and employment opportunities for students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in curriculum development or educational program management, particularly in software engineering.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and its applications within the software engineering industry.
