Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a municipal or public sector environment.
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment processes and developing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in HR.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
