Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in HR software and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Certification in HR (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
