Job Description

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain in-depth knowledge of our innovative healthcare solutions. Your role will be essential in supporting sales efforts and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and expertise. You will be responsible for providing clinical support in both surgical and sales environments while fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Sales Manager in the sales process by providing clinical insights and support during product demonstrations.
• Engage with healthcare providers to educate them on the benefits and applications of our robotic-assisted surgical systems.
• Participate in training sessions for healthcare teams to ensure proper usage and understanding of our technologies.
• Conduct follow-up visits and maintain relationships with existing clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our solutions into healthcare settings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in robotic surgery to effectively communicate value to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, biology, or engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Previous experience in a clinical or sales role is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
