Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging training sessions for healthcare professionals on the use of advanced robotic-assisted surgical systems.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content to support learning objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with product updates, industry standards, and customer feedback.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers post-training, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Gather feedback from training participants to continually improve training effectiveness and participant engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in minimally invasive surgery and educational methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Healthcare, Life Sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in training, preferably within the medical device or healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methods is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed for training sessions.
