Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced reporting solutions and dashboards that support stakeholder decision-making across multiple teams and business segments.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects, including defining business requirements, data extraction, and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic planning and operational improvements.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a business intelligence context.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data insights clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first work environment.
