Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or talent development, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client services dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate new hires.

- Experience with program management and the ability to lead projects from conception to execution.
