About the Role

As a Full-Stack Rails Tech Lead, you will be instrumental in architecting and implementing LLM-powered web applications within our microservices-based Rails 8 platform. You will report directly to our CTO and collaborate with a small, high-impact team to drive innovations in financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, promoting best practices and high-quality code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and data science to create compelling user experiences.
• Implement LLM-powered features that enhance user engagement and investment insights.
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability through proactive monitoring and testing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continually improve our platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong command of Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API design.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work remotely within ±3 hours of Eastern Time.
