Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand partnerships with global systems integrators and consulting firms in the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the value proposition of the Stripe platform for partners and their clients.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to drive mutual growth.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives with technology alliance partners to maximize market reach and customer engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Provide insights and feedback to the product and engineering teams to improve partner offerings.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance, including sales impact and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or partner management, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proven track record of establishing and growing partnerships with major systems integrators and consulting firms.
• Strong understanding of the financial technology landscape and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and experience working with senior executives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
