Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive, organize, and store incoming inventory.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
