Responsibilities
- Assist in the overall management of team operations and player development.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement team strategies and objectives.
- Analyze player performance data to make informed decisions on acquisitions and trades.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with league regulations and team policies.
- Maintain relationships with players, coaches, and staff to foster a positive team culture.
- Participate in negotiations for player contracts and other agreements.
- Act as a representative of the team at league meetings and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports management or a similar role within a professional sports organization.
- Strong understanding of baseball operations, player development, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data analysis and familiar with performance metrics in sports.
