Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of factory construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in large-scale factory or industrial projects.
