Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and communicate project updates effectively.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
