Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of project labor agreements for city infrastructure projects exceeding $7 billion.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including city officials, construction teams, and union representatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting fair labor practices.
• Monitor project progress and report on the successful execution of labor agreements.
• Facilitate training and development programs for union workers to enhance their skills and job readiness.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and union regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze project data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
