Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various projects related to labor rights and community outreach.
• Conduct research and analysis to support initiatives aimed at improving worker conditions and benefits.
• Collaborate with team members on developing educational materials and resources for workers and employers.
• Participate in meetings and events, providing support and gathering feedback from participants.
• Help maintain and update social media platforms and the organization’s website to engage the community.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Social Sciences, Labor Relations, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms.
• Passion for social justice, labor rights, and community engagement.
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in a related field is a plus.
