Responsibilities

- Conduct research and analysis to support initiatives aimed at improving worker conditions and benefits.
- Collaborate with team members on developing educational materials and resources for workers and employers.
- Participate in meetings and events, providing support and gathering feedback from participants.
- Help maintain and update social media platforms and the organization’s website to engage the community.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Social Sciences, Labor Relations, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms.
- Passion for social justice, labor rights, and community engagement.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in a related field is a plus.
