Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration.

- Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
