Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in a systematic manner.
  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups on various initiatives.
  • Research and compile information for meetings and special projects as directed.
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
