About the Role

As a Finance Manager at our innovative company, you will play a crucial role in driving our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. You will manage financial planning, headcount management, and reporting while collaborating with Revenue Operations on go-to-market capacity planning. Your expertise will enable us to optimize our financial strategies and support our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function to provide accurate financial forecasts and reporting.
• Develop and manage headcount planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights into financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze financial metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial indicators and actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
