Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound reach, engaging with leads to create interest in Cresta's AI platform.
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts and decision-makers to tailor the outreach strategy.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement effective campaigns that drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records of lead progress.
- Manage follow-up communications with potential customers, ensuring timely responses and maintaining engagement.
- Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in AI technology to effectively articulate Cresta's value proposition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to enhance outreach efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn about AI and its applications in customer experience.
- Ability to work in the office 2 days a week (Mondays & Wednesdays) as part of the role.
