Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions.
• Create user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to align on project goals.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience and design to bring innovative solutions to projects.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytical data to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Maintain and promote design standards and guidelines across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with accessibility standards and responsive design is preferred.
